These terms govern your use of Dryerasiac on iOS or Android and dryerasiac.com, provided by Dryerasiac’s developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Using Dryerasiac
Dryerasiac is a creative tool for turning photos into artwork and practicing drawing. You may use it for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform through which you obtained it. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf.
App license and purchases
For downloads through Apple’s App Store, the app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate license is supplied with the app. That agreement governs the app license and takes precedence if these terms conflict with it.
For Android, unless a separate license is supplied with the app, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Dryerasiac on compatible devices you own or control, subject to these terms. If you obtain the app through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of that service and the app.
Any purchases, payment processing, and refund requests through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable store’s terms and policies and your rights under applicable law. Prices and availability are shown in the store through which you obtain the app.
Your photos and artwork
You retain any rights you hold in the photos you use and the artwork you create. Using Dryerasiac does not transfer ownership of that content to us. You are responsible for having permission to use, modify, save, and share your content, including respecting copyright, privacy, and other people’s rights.
We do not guarantee that artwork will be unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free of third-party rights. Keep your own copies of anything you want to preserve.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app or website to violate the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful content, or interfere with the website’s operation or security. Do not copy, redistribute, or modify our software or website materials without permission, except where applicable law or a relevant license allows it.
Our intellectual property
The app, website, branding, and included materials belong to us or our licensors. These terms grant no ownership rights in them. Your rights in your own photos and artwork remain separate.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Third-party websites, platforms, and sharing destinations have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content or practices.
Availability and changes
Features and device compatibility may change. We may update or discontinue the website or app features, subject to applicable law and any rights you have under your app license. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or support for every device or operating system.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or website. If a separate app license applies, its warranty and liability provisions take precedence over this paragraph if they conflict.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Ending use
You may stop using the website and uninstall the app at any time. The app license governs termination of your right to use the app. We may restrict website access where necessary to address misuse or protect security.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms and will post updates here with a revised date. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain agreement to material changes. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
